What does "made to order" mean?+
Every product is handcrafted individually AFTER you place your order. We don't keep pre-made stock. Your formula is blended fresh specifically for you based on your unique skin profile.
Why does it take 3–5 days?+
Because we're creating your product from scratch! We measure, blend, pour, and label each batch by hand. Quality and precision take time. Your patience ensures maximum freshness and potency.
Is my product really custom?+
Absolutely. While we have base formulas, each batch is adjusted based on your specific skin profile (age, type, climate, tone, concerns). No two customers receive exactly the same formula.
Can I order the same product again?+
Yes! We save your skin profile and formula specifications. Reorders will be made fresh using the same custom formula that worked for you.
What if my skin changes?+
Update your profile anytime! We'll adjust your formula accordingly. This is the beauty of bespoke skincare, it evolves with you.
