Terms of use

These terms apply between you and Nina with Love when you use ninawithlove.cy or buy products from us. By placing an order or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site.

Every product is hand-formulated and made fresh after you order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping. Because each formula is personalised to you, it is considered a custom-made good under EU consumer law and the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production has begun.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.

• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the order confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, refunding any payment in full.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We don't store card details.

We ship from Cyprus. Free shipping on Cyprus orders over €40. International rates and timings are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. The quiz, journal articles, and any recommendations on this site are intended as general guidance — they do not replace advice from a doctor or dermatologist. Always patch-test a new product and stop using it if irritation occurs. If you have a medical skin condition, consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to defraud anyone.
• Submit false information when ordering or signing up.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site.
• Resell our products without written permission.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

All content on this site — text, photography, formulas, branding, and code — is owned by Nina with Love or licensed to us. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written consent.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
